    Travel Plan & Highlights:

    Day 1Agadir → Marrakech

    Our 5-day journey begins with a pick-up from Agadir before heading toward the vibrant city of Marrakech. Along the way, we will enjoy a peaceful drive before our arrival in Marrakech, we will have free time to explore the famous Jemaa el-Fna square, colorful souks, gardens, and historic monuments of the Red City ( that could be done by yourself at your own pace or with a local tour guide). We will spend the night in a Moroccan Riad in the heart of Marrakech medina.

    Day 2 Marrakech → Ait Ben Haddou → Ouarzazate → Dades Valley

    After our  breakfast, we will leave Marrakech and travel through the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass with its breathtaking panoramic views. Next, we will visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou, Morocco’s most famous fortified village and a filming location for many international movies and series such as “Gladiator” and the ” Mummy “

    Following our visit to the Kasbah, we will continue toward Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Morocco,” before driving through Skoura oasis and the Valley of Roses and finally arriving in the majestic Dades Valley where you will spend the night at a Riad surrounded by magical mountain scenery and unique rock formations.

    Day 3Dades Valley → Todra Gorge → Erfoud → Merzouga

    After breakfast at the Riad in Dades valley, we shall continue our drive toward the popular Todra Gorge, famous for its canyon walls and crystal-clear river. Once there, we will take some time to enjoy a short walk through the gorge before continuing our travelling to Erfoud, a town known for its fossils and date palms.

    In the late afternoon, we will arrive in Merzouga desert with its golden Erg Chebbi dunes. Here, you will switch to camels for a magical trek across the Sahara Desert while enjoying a breathtaking sunset over the dunes. Next, we will arrive at our desert camp where you will enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner, Berber music around the campfire, and an unforgettable night beneath the stars.

    Day 4Merzouga → Alnif → Nkob → Ouarzazate

    On this day, we will make sure we wake up a bit early to witness a magnificent Sahara sunrise before our breakfast at the camp. After our 4×4 transfer to Merzouga, we will begin our journey back to Ouarzazate through the fascinating desert landscapes, Berber villages, and the beautiful Draa Valley lined with thousands of palm trees.

    As we drive, we will pass through Alnif and Nkob while enjoying mountain and oasis views before arriving in Ouarzazate for an overnight stay at the Riad.

First, we will make a stop in Taznakht, famous for handmade Berber carpets, before continuing toward the historic city of Taroudant, often called the “Little Marrakech.”  At the end of the day, we will arrive in Agadir where our unforgettable 5-day Sahara Desert adventure comes to an end.
