    Day 1Tangier → Fes

    Our private driver will pick you up in Tangier and begin our journey to Fes. We wil travel through northern Morocco and enjoy the changing landscapes along the way. Upon your arrival in Fes, we will check into our riad or hotel and enjoy some free time relaxing or explore the surroundings.

    Day 2Fes – Local Guided Tour

    Today is dedicated to discovering the historical and cultural treasures of Fes with a local tour guide. First off, we will explore the old Fes Medina, visit traditional souks and artisan workshops as well as the many historical madrasas, beautiful gates and the famous tanneries. On this day, we will discover the rich history of Fes and experience the atmosphere of one of Morocco’s most fascinating imperial cities. The afternoon is free to enjoy Fes at your own pace.

    Day 3Fes → Merzouga – Sahara Desert Camp

    After our  breakfast at the Riad, we will leave Fes and begin our journey toward the Sahara Desert. On the way, we will cross the Middle Atlas Mountains and pass through Ifrane as well as the cedar forests before arriving in Midelt. Last but not least, we will continue through the spectacular Ziz Valley and the changing landscapes of southeastern Morocco before our arrival in Merzouga in the late afternoon; we will enjoy a camel ride across the Erg Chebbi dunes and watch the sunset over the Sahara.
    After sunset, our camels will drop you off at your luxury desert camp where you will have a nice dinner, listen to traditional Berber music and enjoy an unforgettable evening beneath the desert sky.

    Day 4Merzouga – 4×4 Desert Excursion

    We will wake up early to enjoy the spectacular Sahara sunrise. After breakfast, we will begin our private 4×4 tour around Merzouga desert. First, We will visit a nomadic family and discover their traditional way of life. Next, we will continue to Khamlia village, famous for its Gnawa music, and explore the surrounding desert landscapes on 4×4 vehicle.

    Depending on the season, we could also visit Merzouga seasonal lake and other interesting sites around Erg Chebbi before our return to Merzouga village in the afternoon to enjoy some free time and relax by the pool, have dinner and spend the night at a Riad in Merzouga.

On the road we will pass through the beautiful desert landscapes and oasis towns of southeastern Morocco. Next, we will stop at Todra Gorge, one of the most spectacular natural attractions in the region. After that, we will take a walk between the impressive canyon walls before continuing through the palm-filled valleys before we continue toward the Dades Valley, famous for its dramatic landscapes, kasbahs and rock formations.

On the way, we will pass through the Valley of Roses and make a stop in Ouarzazate, known as the gateway to the Sahara and a famous filming location. Following that, we will continue to Ait Ben Haddou, the spectacular UNESCO-listed fortified village. Once there, we will explore its traditional architecture and amazing kasbahs. After the visit, we will cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass before our arrival in Marrakech in the evening.
